These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member," "you," "your") and 5777sx ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 5777sx website at 5777sx.asia, including all games, sportsbook services, casino products, payment functions, and any other features made available to registered members.

By completing the registration process at 5777sx, by logging into an existing account, or by accessing any part of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the 5777sx platform.

5777sx reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. To be eligible to register and maintain an account at 5777sx, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the operation or use of online gambling platforms is unlawful;

5777sx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be restricted pending verification and, if verification is not completed within a reasonable period, will be permanently closed. Any pending balances on unverified accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain one (1) account at 5777sx. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, device identifiers, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

During registration at 5777sx, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information requested in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 5777sx promptly if any registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 5777sx account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your 5777sx account — whether or not carried out by you personally — is your sole responsibility. If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 5777sx support immediately.

• Accounts must not be opened in a false name or on behalf of a third party;
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or otherwise assigned to any third party;
• 5777sx accounts are personal to the registered member and may not be used by any other individual;
• You must notify 5777sx support immediately at [email protected] upon discovering any unauthorised use of your account.

5777sx accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the platform, which currently includes JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards where available. Accepted payment methods and minimum/maximum deposit amounts are subject to change and will be displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits to 5777sx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is ₨200. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 5777sx will not accept deposits originating from payment methods registered to a third party.

• Deposits made to 5777sx are non-refundable once wagering activity has occurred on the deposited funds;
• 5777sx is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions;
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your 5777sx account in error, you are obligated to notify 5777sx support promptly;
• 5777sx may carry out additional security checks on deposits at its discretion, which may cause temporary delays;
• Chargebacks or reversal requests submitted through payment providers, without prior agreement with 5777sx, constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal recovery action.

5777sx will process validated withdrawal requests to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified alternative payment method registered to the account holder. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, 5777sx may require the Member to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedures. This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address dated within three months, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits. 5777sx reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required documentation has been received and reviewed to our reasonable satisfaction.

• The minimum withdrawal amount at 5777sx is ₨500 unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds that have not met the stated wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn;
• 5777sx targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes via JazzCash and EasyPaisa; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may be affected by verification requirements or third-party payment provider delays;
• 5777sx reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds;
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be processed due to failed verification may result in the return of funds to the account balance pending the completion of verification.

5777sx offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms and take precedence over any general bonus provisions herein in the event of conflict.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all 5777sx promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met;
• Wagering requirements at 5777sx are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30×), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times using real money and/or bonus funds as specified;
• Each promotional offer at 5777sx is limited to one per person, one per household, one per IP address, and one per device;
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without exception;
• 5777sx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Misuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms, constitutes a breach of these Terms;
• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. All responsible gaming account restrictions remain in force during bonus participation.

All sports bets placed through the 5777sx sportsbook are subject to the specific sport rules applicable to the relevant event or market, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet at 5777sx, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable betting rules.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets at 5777sx are subject to acceptance by the platform. 5777sx reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason;
• Odds: Odds displayed on 5777sx are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply;
• Void Bets: 5777sx reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were offered in error, where the event was affected by factors outside normal sporting conditions, or where evidence of match manipulation exists;
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets at 5777sx are accepted on a best-efforts basis. 5777sx accepts no liability for delays in bet acceptance arising from communication or data feed disruptions;
• Event Postponement: Where a sports event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules for that event. In general, bets on events that do not start within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided;
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payouts per bet and per event are as displayed in the relevant market. 5777sx reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits at its discretion.

All casino games available at 5777sx — including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer table games, virtual table games, crash games, and specialty titles — are subject to the specific game rules published within each game interface and to the general provisions of this section.

• The outcomes of all virtual casino games at 5777sx are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 5777sx does not influence game outcomes;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game events (cards, wheels, dice) in accordance with the rules of the relevant game;
• In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or system error, 5777sx reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the relevant stakes to the Member's account balance;
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are provided by the game supplier and are published for reference purposes. RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes;

The following conduct is expressly prohibited at 5777sx. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing the 5777sx platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Selling, transferring, or acquiring 5777sx accounts or account balances.

5777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has been found to have provided false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point;
• 5777sx has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity involving the account;
• The Member has failed to complete required identity or payment verification within the timeframe requested;
• The account has been found to be a duplicate of an existing 5777sx account;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 5777sx will aim to notify the Member via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Account balances held at the time of closure for breach of these Terms may be forfeited at 5777sx's discretion. Members retain the right to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected].

All content on the 5777sx platform — including but not limited to software, code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, images, trademarks, and game assets — is the intellectual property of 5777sx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any 5777sx platform content is strictly prohibited.

5777sx grants registered Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5777sx shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any losses arising from participation in games or sports betting on the 5777sx platform, including direct financial losses from wagering;
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Loss or corruption of data caused by technical failures beyond 5777sx's reasonable control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the 5777sx platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit 5777sx's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, fraud, or any other matter which cannot legally be excluded or limited.

The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided to 5777sx by registered Members is governed by the 5777sx Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 5777sx. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

5777sx will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or legitimate business necessity.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and 5777sx that cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy. Where arbitration is not applicable, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
